Ward Alfurati (Alias): Syrian researcher and writer from Deir Ezzor. His work focuses on the documentation of the Syrian uprising and its narratives. His work is published in various media and research outlets.
Alfurati has contributed to a book “Five cities in the Syrian uprising”, and a research project on Aleppo’s governance structures that is soon to be published.
